Freelance Bidder for Online Job Platforms

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced freelance bidder to fill an exciting opportunity. As a freelancer, you will be responsible for identifying and bidding on relevant projects posted on various online job platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze job postings on multiple platforms to identify high-quality projects.
  • Write and submit compelling proposals tailored to each project's requirements.
  • Maintain a high bid conversion rate by understanding client needs and presenting services effectively.
  • Communicate with potential clients to clarify project details and requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on project scope and capabilities.
  • Keep track of all bid submissions, follow-ups, and responses in a systematic manner.
  • Provide regular updates on bid status and outcomes to the management team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve bidding success and client acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bidding for projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Toptal, Guru, PeoplePerHour, 99designs, TaskRabbit, Thumbtack, SimplyHired, and Hubstaff Talent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of web development, design, and other IT services offered by the company.
  • Ability to write persuasive and customized proposals.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using project management and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive and strategic mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with international clients.
  • Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and content writing projects.
  • Background in IT services or a related field.
  • Knowledge of different pricing strategies and negotiation techniques.
