Key Executive Role:

We are seeking an experienced retail development professional to drive business growth and success in our organization.

Job Summary: The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving company targets, adhering to standard operating procedures, planning daily tasks, and executing all activities professionally to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/development within a reputable organization.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills for internal and external correspondence.
  • Network planning through competitor analysis to identify potential opportunities.
  • Effective negotiation skills to ensure successful relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Planning pipeline projects to expedite work and support dealers.
  • Develop strong business relations with the dealer network.
  • Understand site development procedures, including trade area evaluation and land documentation.
  • Assess feasibility of new sites based on financial metrics like Internal Rate of Return (IRR), payback period, Net Present Value (NPV), margins, and return on investment.
  • Suggest new policies based on market intelligence.
  • Develop Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) plans.
  • Operate Company Owned Company Operated (COCO) sites effectively.

Requirements: Proven communication and relationship management skills to understand requirements and work effectively.
