Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Data Management: Enter accurate financial information, including bills and invoices, to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with management and team members to achieve accounting objectives through effective communication and coordination.
  • Employee Loan and Advance Records: Maintain precise records of employee loans and advances, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Company Ledgers and Financial Transactions: Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of company ledgers and daily financial transactions to prevent discrepancies.
  • Payables, Receivables, and Purchase Orders: Effectively manage payables, receivables, and purchase orders to optimize cash flow and minimize financial risks.
  • Ledger Discrepancies and Accounts Tracking: Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, track them to their source, and correct them promptly to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Payroll Activities and Financial Documents: Manage payroll activities and create financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay-orders, and release salaries on time to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Employee Cash and Account Salary Records: Maintain accurate records of employee cash and account salary individually to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Payment and Billing Coordination: Coordinate and manage payment and billing details of external service providers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Financial Reports: Create daily reports for management and team members, providing insights into company finances to inform strategic decision-making.
