Procurement Specialist\

Job Description:

Main Responsibilities-Performance Management\\Create and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.

Prepare comprehensive reports on sourcing activities, ensuring timely delivery of results.

Evaluate and achieve defined performance targets, including savings goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Proactively identify and address potential issues, complaints, and other concerns that require resolution.\

Develop and maintain effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive sourcing success.

Skills and Qualifications:

Contribute to market research and analysis, staying informed about industry trends and innovations.

Develop and execute category strategies, driving business growth through strategic sourcing initiatives.Implement competitive tendering processes within designated areas of responsibility.Manage contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and regulatory compliance.Create contracts that meet current financial, legal, and operational standards.Ensure seamless contract implementation and contribute to ongoing improvement efforts.\

Requirements:

\\[
Masters or Bachelors degree in Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Law, with a preference for certification in Procurement (CIPS, CPSM, etc.).Sound knowledge of indirect sourcing categories, including professional services, facilities management, security materials, travel and fleet management, IT-related materials, SLAs, and SaaS.Strong stakeholder management, high ethical principles, and hands-on experience working with SAP Ariba and Maximo.\
