Job Description:
The role of the Recruitment Officer - Admissions and Applications is to manage the process of recruiting students for admission at designated overseas universities. This involves filling student admission applications according to eligibility criteria, compiling and organizing admission documentation, and keeping students updated on additional information from the university when required.
Responsibilities:
- Filling student admission applications accurately and in a timely manner.
- Compiling and organizing all necessary documents for admission.
- Maintaining open communication with students regarding application status and requirements.
- Submitting qualified student applications online to designated universities.
- Following up on submitted applications to ensure timely processing.
- Keeping students informed about their application status throughout the process.
- Maintaining accurate records of all application data.
Qualifications and Skills:
This position requires excellent written and oral communication skills in English, as well as diplomatic influencing and relationship-building skills to work effectively with team members. The successful candidate will also have practical knowledge of documentation for admission and visa applications, be detail-oriented, and possess good organizational and interpersonal skills. A Honours Bachelor's Degree or 16 Years Education is required. Additionally, proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Word, and good typing speed are essential for this role.
