About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced SEO Team Manager to lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, ensuring clear communication, best practices, and continuous growth.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in managing organic SEO and paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and advanced proficiency in SEO and analytics tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute SEO Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO plans to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
  • Manage Digital Campaigns: Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to complement organic growth initiatives.
  • Lead and Mentor the Team: Guide and develop a team of SEO specialists, ensuring clear communication, best practices, and continuous growth.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console to track key performance indicators and provide insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, development, content, and creative teams to integrate SEO best practices across all digital channels.
  • Define Success Metrics: Establish clear KPIs for organic traffic, conversion rates, and paid campaign performance, and report progress to senior leadership.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and algorithm changes to recommend innovative strategies for maintaining a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing with a track record of driving organic growth.
  • Hands-on expertise in managing organic SEO and paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Advanced proficiency in SEO and analytics tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing diverse teams.
  • Solid understanding of technical SEO, HTML/CSS, and website performance optimization.
  • Ability to translate data into strategic decisions that align with business objectives.
