The New Hire Integration Specialist plays a pivotal role in creating a seamless and engaging new hire experience. This champion of the onboarding process is responsible for ensuring a smooth transition from offer acceptance to initial 90-day integration.

Main Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary point of contact for new hires, providing necessary information prior to their start date.
  • Coordinate weekly New Hire Orientation sessions, preparing orientation materials.
  • Act as co-facilitator delivering company history, culture, values, and benefits during up to 40% of new hire orientation sessions.
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding workflow, ensuring accurate completion of logistical tasks.
  • Administer surveys to gather feedback and continuously improve the onboarding journey.
Key Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Talent Management or administrative coordination roles.
  • Ability to present clearly and confidently to groups.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A warm, welcoming, and professional demeanor.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • High degree of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
