Lead Maritime Strategist
A visionary leader is sought to spearhead the company's expansion strategy, operational excellence, and international growth initiatives. The ideal candidate must possess proven leadership experience within the shipping, logistics, or maritime industries.

The successful applicant will oversee the overall operations, business development, and financial strategy of the organization. They will develop and execute the medium and long-term strategic plan, cultivate strong commercial partnerships locally and globally, and ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and risk management in line with international maritime standards.

Candidates are expected to have a minimum Master's degree in Business Administration, Maritime Management, Supply Chain, or relevant discipline. At least 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a C-level position within the shipping, logistics, or port services industry, is required.

The ideal candidate should have strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate major international deals. Proven experience managing large operational teams and multi-location business units is also essential. Exceptional strategic planning, financial management, and stakeholder engagement skills are necessary for success in this role.
