We are seeking a highly experienced IT Service Management professional to lead the implementation, assessment, and auditing of ISO 20000-based IT Service Management Systems (ITSMS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITIL framework and proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining ITSM frameworks aligned with ITIL standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of ISO 20000-based IT Service Management Systems (ITSMS) and conduct service maturity assessments, gap analyses, and process improvements.
  • Design and implement ITSM frameworks aligned with ITIL standards and develop and refine ITSM policies, procedures, and service management processes.
  • Conduct audits and provide support for ISO 20000 certification and assist in the selection and implementation of ITSM tools.
Requirements:
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or IT-related field.
  • ITIL Expert/Managing Professional, ISO 20000 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor certifications.
  • 6-8 years of experience in ITSM consulting or related roles with in-depth knowledge of ITIL, ISO 20000, and other relevant frameworks/regulations.
  • Practical experience in ISO 20000 implementation and excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with other IT standards/frameworks such as ISO 27001, COBIT, and NIST, NCA, SAMA is an added advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, report writing, and project management skills with experience in conducting internal and external audits related to ITSM.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
