We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch sales support to our clients.

Job Description:

In this role, you will work closely with our sales team and customers to ensure seamless communication and effective coordination. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Supporting the sales team to facilitate the sales process.
  • Managing inquiries, requests, and ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
  • Maintaining and updating customer databases, sales records, and other relevant information.
  • Generating sales reports and providing insights to support sales strategies and decision-making.
  • Ensuring that all customer interactions meet our quality standards and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a sales support or coordination role is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel and CRM software.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
