Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to fill the role of Administration Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of administrative procedures and systems.
The primary focus of this role will be to plan and coordinate tasks, manage schedules and deadlines, and oversee facilities services and maintenance activities.
Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing personnel, as well as assessing their performance and providing guidance.
A key aspect of this role is to maintain a high level of efficiency and productivity, while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems.
- Recruit, train, and allocate responsibilities to personnel.
- Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Manage schedules and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administration management.
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental policies.
- Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles.
- Proficient in MS Office.
