Administration Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administration Manager to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing our administrative functions.

  • The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree from a reputable institution and a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in administration within a corporate environment.
  • The selected individual must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Policy Implementation: The Administration Manager will be responsible for preparing, improving, and implementing administration policies in consultation with higher management.
  • Maintenance and Repair: The successful candidate will maintain office building, furniture, water, and power supply systems, ensuring that they are in good working condition.
  • Quality Control: The Administration Manager will ensure that the standards of products and supplies are met, and follow up on repair/maintenance activities.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree from a reputable HEC recognized institute.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-6 years of administration experience within a corporate environment, preferably in a textile company.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in using MS Office applications, Windows, and the Internet.
