Procurement Officer - Contract Position

The Procurement Officer - Contract is responsible for managing procurement processes from start to finish. This includes reviewing purchase requisitions, issuing RFQs, preparing QEM/proposals, obtaining approval as per SOP, negotiating and issuing POs or contracts, following up on delivery and payment process, and ensuring transparent transactions and compliance.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Commerce/Accounts/Finance/Business and 2-3 years of experience in procurement at a manufacturing base or similar industry. Strong computer skills, especially in SAP and MS Office, are essential. English fluency, both written and spoken, is mandatory.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing procurement processes from start to finish
  • Reviewing purchase requisitions and issuing RFQs
  • Preparing QEM/proposals and obtaining approval as per SOP
  • Negotiating and issuing POs or contracts
  • Following up on delivery and payment process
  • Ensuring transparent transactions and compliance

The ideal candidate will possess leadership qualities, self-drive, and a supportive attitude. They should be goal-oriented, have high integrity, and excellent negotiation skills. Office management capability and good supervisory skills are also essential. The candidate should be able to maintain confidentiality at all times while processing cases.

Key qualifications include:
