Full Stack Development Lead

As a Full Stack Development Lead, you will be responsible for designing and scaling high-traffic systems.

This involves architecting solutions, solving complex coding challenges, mentoring engineers, and ensuring code quality, scalability, and security.

You will also be tasked with guiding junior developers through code reviews and workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain full-stack systems using Node.js, Next.js, and cloud tools.
  • Build responsive frontends using React.js and Next.js.
  • Optimize database schemas and queries for PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
  • Streamline CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
  • Automate infrastructure using Terraform.
  • Ensure system performance and alignment with architectural guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot issues, optimize APIs, and prototype new tools.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
  • Expertise in REST/GraphQL APIs and database tuning.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms, Docker/Kubernetes, and Redis.
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Experience with modern frontend tools like Webpack and Tailwind CSS.
