Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. This is a beginner position that requires fast typing skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with spreadsheets.

The ideal candidate must be able to input text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits. They should also be able to compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.

The successful candidate will have experience with MS Office and data programs, as well as excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Attention to detail and confidentiality are essential requirements for this role.

In addition to these skills, the ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and previous data entry work experience, preferably as a Data Entry Operator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
  • Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct any incompatibilities
  • Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
  • Apply data program techniques and procedures
  • Generate reports and store completed work in designated locations
  • Scan documents and print files when needed
  • Keep information confidential
  • Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Previous data entry work experience, preferably as a Data Entry Operator
  • Experience with MS Office and data programs
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation

  • Organization skills with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
Benefits

This is a full-time position working night shift (9:00pm - 6:00am). The location is College Road, Township, Lahore.
