  • Job Description:

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented talent acquisition specialist to assist in administrative and operational activities.

    The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist in a Recruitment Firm or Finance Consultancy Firm, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the coordination of recruitment activities, managing correspondence, organizing and maintaining updated documents, and participating in projects to provide general support.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
    • Manage communication channels including phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
    • Provide general support to the team by participating in projects and initiatives.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
