Become a key player in driving brand development and growth. We are seeking a skilled Brand Development Associate to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering New Product Introduction (NPI) projects on time, ensuring the organization meets its cycle plan and maintains a relevant and competitive portfolio. This includes end-to-end project delivery, collaboration with NPI managers, and managing project management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver NPI projects efficiently, adhering to timelines and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with NPI managers to enhance project agility and meet desired deadlines.
  • Manage project management systems for accurate tracking and progress monitoring.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, brand roles, or a hybrid brand supply chain role.
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and extract valuable insights.
  • Flexible and reliable team player with a strong understanding of departmental goals and company objectives.
  • Graduation in Marketing or Business Management is highly desirable.
