About the Job

**Job Overview:**

  • We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Customer Care Specialist to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and issues, resolving them in a timely manner with high first-call resolution rates and within set call resolution times.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, striving to resolve issues efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Analyze and document technical issues and assist customers with product-related challenges, escalating complex cases to senior team members when needed.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions, including concerns, resolutions, and feedback.
  • Stay informed about product updates by attending relevant training programs to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer issues and assign priority based on established SOPs.
  • Ensure escalated cases are handled efficiently and follow up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement).
  • 1.5+ years of relevant experience (Call Centre experience preferred).
