About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and manage our new hire experience.

This role will focus on designing and delivering a world-class onboarding program that aligns with our company values and mission.

Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Create engaging content and materials for New Hire Orientation.
  • Collaboration & Alignment: Partner with cross-functional teams to refine and elevate orientation content.
  • Strategy & Management: Develop and implement an effective onboarding strategy to meet organizational needs.
  • Analysis & Improvement: Analyze key performance indicators for the onboarding program and provide insights for improvement.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various departments and stakeholders to design and deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience. Your passion for developing others and your ability to engage diverse audiences will be essential in this position.

Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development or Talent Management.
  • Experience with coaching and mentoring with a passion for developing others.
  • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong strategic thinking and program management skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making.
