SH INNOVATIONS , an international outbound call center is looking for an HR Manager & Recruiter to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
Location: (Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 13D)
Job Responsibilities:
Recruit, manage and retain employees.
Read and Develop specialized technical knowledge that may help to make recruitment process more efficient.
Recruit candidates based on both hard & soft skills
Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
Screen incoming resumes and application forms Interview candidates (via phone and in-person).
Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to the managers.
Preparing correspondence for disciplinary action or other employee issues
Updating and maintaining employee records
Create a welcoming and motivating environment for employees
Ensuring all relevant communications and data are updated and recorded
Requirement:
· Masters or Bachelor in HRM.(Preferred)
· Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
· Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
· Experience with sourcing techniques.
· Strong Communication, counselling and persuasive Skills
· Solid English verbal and written communication skills.
Experience:
· Human Resources: 1+ year, preference will be given to applicants with prior international BPO /call center industry experience
Note: This Job is only available in Karachi
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Rs30, Rs40,000.00 per month
