Job Summary
  1. Responsibilities include the commissioning of chillers and HVAC systems, as well as repairing various types of HVAC equipment.
  2. A critical aspect is maintaining timely communication with customers, scheduling follow-ups and meetings according to their needs.
  3. We require effective team management and coordination with service coordinators for task allocation and resource sharing.
  4. An essential duty is conducting weekly meetings with the team to discuss concerns such as safety, site audits, and backlogs.
  5. The role also involves providing regular updates to service managers and coordinators on monthly plans.
Key Responsibilities
  • The primary responsibility includes commissioning and servicing of chillers and HVAC systems.
  • Addressing all models of chiller and low-side equipment complaints requires adherence to ASM instructions and company guidelines.
  • Regularly performing Preventive Maintenance (PPM) on chillers in accordance with company SOPs is crucial.
  • Conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for failures and sharing findings with the Quality team and Field Force Leader is necessary.
  • Maintaining strict adherence to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines as per Trane standards is vital.
  • This position entails handling all customer service requirements, generating leads, and ensuring quality job execution and timely completion of tasks.
  • Daily reports must be submitted to the office and service manager.
  • Service reports, including parts requirements, should be shared with deployers.
  • A valid driver's license for both four-wheeler and two-wheeler vehicles is required.
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety and vehicle audit requirements is essential.
  • Qualified candidates should have hands-on experience with chiller installation, warranty, and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services.
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, internet, mail, and other software tools is expected.
