Senior Marketing Professional

This position is for a Senior Marketing Professional who will lead and execute our digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in B2C digital marketing, with a focus on paid media and campaign optimization.

The role involves managing budgets, staying ahead of digital marketing trends, and collaborating with internal teams to drive customer acquisition and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, manage, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Manage budgets to ensure maximum ROI and scalable growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

The position also involves overseeing the creation of high-quality marketing assets, collaborating with external teams, and launching creative content initiatives that drive engagement and improve conversion rates.

  • HubSpot: CRM and marketing automation

  • Google Analytics: Campaign performance tracking

Experience & Qualifications:
  • 5 or 5+ years in B2C digital marketing, with a focus on paid media and campaign optimization.
  • Proven experience in marketing consumer SaaS products, particularly subscription services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance creative ideas with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage both US and international audiences.
  • A self-starter who is comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing and partnership strategies.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Knowledge of emerging digital marketing platforms to explore new growth opportunities.
