Cybersecurity Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled cybersecurity analyst to join our team at Bit Development Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience with SIEM tools, a strong grasp of security event analysis, threat detection, and incident response.

1. Implementing and configuring SIEM solutions for enhanced security event collection, monitoring, and correlation.
2. Providing support in server-side security, application security, and network security initiatives.
3. Developing a solid understanding of logging mechanisms, data sources, and monitoring techniques for efficient identification and analysis of security events.
4. Assisting in the management and maintenance of various security tools, including SIEM, intrusion detection/prevention systems, firewalls, endpoint security solutions, and vulnerability scanners.
5. Maintaining and optimizing server security configurations to prevent unauthorized access.
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of security controls into existing infrastructure.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field & 2-4 years of experience as a cybersecurity analyst.
2. Proficiency in SIEM platforms and familiarity with CyberARK, Zabbix, and other related SOC tools.
3. Strong understanding of logging mechanisms, event collection, and monitoring across various environments.
4. Exposure to security tool administration, including IDS/IPS, firewalls, antivirus, and endpoint detection and response solutions.
