About the Role

We are seeking an AI Experience Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading UX-driven product strategy and owning the user experience vision for our AI platform.

You will define the user experience vision, develop and execute a UX strategy and roadmap, and continuously advocate for human-centered design. Additionally, you will conduct user research, interviews, and data analysis to uncover pain points, needs, and opportunities for improvement.

Key responsibilities include translating user needs and research insights into clear product designs, collaborating closely with designers and product teams to bring ideas to life, and working with engineers to balance beautiful, intuitive design with technical feasibility.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, Software Product Management, Business, or a related field, minimum 3 years of experience in product management, UX strategy, or a similar role, and proficiency in Figma and other leading design tools.

A strong understanding of AI-driven design tools and systems is also essential, as well as the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and balance business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
