Drive Client Acquisition with LinkedIn Lead Generation Expertise

We are seeking a skilled LinkedIn lead generation specialist to drive our client acquisition strategy forward. As a key team member, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted lead generation campaigns on LinkedIn.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies that meet or exceed targets.
  • Identify and connect with key decision-makers across various industries to build relationships and generate new business opportunities.
  • Optimize and manage LinkedIn profiles and company pages to enhance visibility and credibility.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to prospect and engage with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and goals, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
  • Track and report on lead generation performance metrics to inform future strategies and optimize results.

Measuring Success:

  • Lead Volume: The number of qualified leads generated monthly.
  • Conversion Rate: The percentage of leads converted to clients.
  • Engagement Metrics: Interactions on LinkedIn content, such as likes, comments, and shares.
  • Response Rate: The percentage of outreach messages that receive a response.
  • Cost Per Lead (CPL): The average cost incurred to acquire a lead.
  • Lead Quality: The relevance and potential value of leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Return on Investment (ROI): The financial return generated from lead generation activities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in LinkedIn lead generation.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera for client meetings and presentations.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
