Administrative Support Role
We are seeking an experienced Admin Executive to provide administrative support to our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office supplies, maintaining databases, and organizing filing systems.
Main Responsibilities
- Procure and manage office supplies to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of expenses and office budgets.
- Update company databases to reflect changes in the organization.
- Implement and maintain an efficient filing system for critical company documents.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to employee and client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Review and update office policies to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for meetings and events.
- Receive, distribute, and store correspondence such as letters, emails, and packages.
- Compile and present reports and statistical data as required.
- Plan and execute internal and external events to foster teamwork and collaboration.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience with a proven track record of success.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A strong desire to continuously learn and grow within the organization, taking on new challenges and opportunities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being comfortable in a leadership or team-player role.
- Prior experience in administration, office management, or a related field.
- Capacity to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
