Job Title: IT Strategist

A skilled IT Architect is needed to lead the design and management of client infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating clients into new deployment and update infrastructures, ensuring seamless operation within a closed network.

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering applications across on-premises and cloud-native infrastructures, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Intune. They will also possess solid knowledge in developing client releases in complex IT landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integration of clients into new deployment and update infrastructures
  • Migrating 1600 Windows 7 clients to the new infrastructure
  • Distributing clients across Germany and several sites through small network bandwidths
  • Migrating scripts for initial inclusion in the AD domain and configuring Cisco AnyConnect VPN tunnels
  • Migrating from Windows Server 2008 R2 to Windows Server 2016 Active Directory domain
  • Migrating from Windows 7 to Windows 10 LTSB
  • Implementing migration steps in cooperation with the support team
  • Creating a rollout concept for 650 clients with a short changeover period
