The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-starter with high motivation, a passion for sales, and a proven track record of success. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key part in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and lead generation.
Your primary focus will be on cold calling, making multiple calls to potential clients, and closing sales. You will also work closely with sales and leadership teams to secure, retain, and grow accounts, meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
We are seeking a highly skilled individual who is results-driven, has excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of sales principles and practices. If you have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, and possess advanced negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation.
- Identify and mitigate company risks that may impact business growth.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up calls.
- Closing sales and working with clients through the closing process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Sales experience within a service sales industry.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
