Scrum Product Manager
Job description:
Our team is looking for a highly motivated Scrum Product Manager to own the end-to-end product lifecycle. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for driving product development from discovery to delivery. This includes defining requirements, creating PRDs, UI/UX design instructions, and executing go-to-market plans. You will lead product lifecycle processes, including research, competitor analysis, planning, backlog management, roadmap creation, and product launches. Collaborating with engineering and QA teams to align technical execution with business goals is also a critical responsibility. You will ensure high-quality deliverables by translating strategy into actionable requirements for prototypes and final development. Additionally, you will facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprints, reviews) and resolve impediments to ensure smooth team operations. Your goal will be to refine and prioritize the product backlog for maximum value delivery.
