**Job Title:** Product Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our mutual fund products. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying market trends, conducting gap analysis and market research, and collaborating with fund management to design innovative fund structures.

The ideal candidate will have profound knowledge of mutual funds' products and industry knowledge, as well as excellent computer skills, including proficiency in operating spreadsheets and word-processing programs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Stay abreast with changes in market dynamics, industry trends and competition.
  • Assist in periodic review of existing products, including continued validity of investment and marketing strategy, commercial viability, competitive positioning and ability to meet investor requirements.
  • Identify market trends of Mutual Funds industry.
  • Draft concept papers of innovative products for presentation to stakeholders.
  • Lead the development and enhancement of mutual fund products.
  • Conduct GAP analysis & market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive products.
  • Collaborate with Fund Management to design innovative fund structures.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (compliance, legal, finance) to ensure product alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Formation of constitutive documents.
  • Build strong alliances with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Keep the product suite updated with regulatory changes and perform GAP analysis.

**Requirements:**

  • Computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheets and word-processing programs at a highly proficient level.
  • Profound knowledge of mutual funds' products and industry knowledge.

**Required Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline from a reputable institution or Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 4-5 years' relevant industry experience is preferred.
