About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Mid-Level MERN Stack Developer to take on key responsibilities in developing full-stack web applications, integrating APIs, and ensuring the overall performance and scalability of our platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with both junior and senior developers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) to meet business requirements.
  • Build RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components for seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, front-end developers, and project managers to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Optimize code for maximum performance and scalability through continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, and improve application performance to meet high standards.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and share best practices to enhance team productivity and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and growth.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a MERN Stack Developer with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, and React.js with a solid understanding of software development principles.
  • Experience in designing, building, and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices for scalable applications is essential.
  • Hands-on experience with Node.js and server-side programming, as well as database management using MySQL, PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices, with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
  • Familiarity with Git and version control, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
