We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Tax Compliance Expert.

Responsibilities:

  1. Guide clients on federal, state, and local tax compliance requirements.

  2. Stay up-to-date on changes in U.S. tax regulations and communicate relevant updates to clients.

  3. Assist customers with utilizing tax software and tools for their tax filings and provide educational resources to improve clients' understanding of tax obligations and compliance.

  4. Advise clients on tax deadlines, payment schedules, and refund processes.

  5. Provide expert advice and guidance to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.

  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.

  7. Keep accurate records of customer interactions within our CRM system.

  8. Basic proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required.

  9. Familiarity with chatbots and technical skills in Google Sheets & Docs is a plus.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  2. Proven experience in an international customer support role.

  3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  4. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

  5. Tech-savvy with experience using Google Sheets & Docs.
