Job Summary:

This role focuses on developing and executing trade marketing strategies to drive sales growth and improve in-store shopper experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of trade marketing channels, sales, distribution networks, and shopper marketing principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage trade marketing activity plans, including merchandising and promotions, to achieve business objectives.">
  • Develop channel-specific trade plans for current and new product developments (NPDs).">
  • Design and implement plan-o-grams for various channels.">
  • Coordinate with brand, supply chain, and finance teams to plan and execute trade plans.">
  • Manage promotional plans according to guidelines and key performance indicators (KPIs).">
  • Analyze market performance and ROI to propose changes to promotional guidelines or activity plans.">
  • Develop and track trade plans for launches and re-launches through the sales team.">
  • Design point-of-sale materials (POSM) and trade tools for new and current products.">
  • Ensure excellent in-store shopper activation and communication, driving shopper insights into action.">
  • Create annual shopper marketing plans, including trade launch plans, channel/shopper job-to-be-done, budget needs, promo guides, and shopper activation plans.">
  • Analyze market/shopper trends, assortment, visibility/shelf layout, and promo efficiency to provide proposals.">
  • Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and finance departments to ensure product availability and optimal pricing.">
  • Foster communication between marketing, sales, and other relevant departments to ensure cohesive category management.">
  • Support the planning and execution of trade marketing activities, including promotions, in-store displays, and merchandising.">
  • Ensure compliance with Trade Engage Modules and rental approvals.">

Requirements:

A bachelor's or master's degree with 3-5 years of experience in a relevant industry is required.

">

Strong knowledge of trade marketing channels, sales, distribution networks, and shopper marketing principles is essential.
