Job Description:

  • Create and manage the trade marketing activity plan including, merchandising, promotions and continuously monitor the performance for the given category/channel with the full budget ownership.
  • Development of channel specific trade plans for current and NPD's products.
  • Development and implementation of channel specific plan-o-grams.
  • Strong coordination with brand, supply chain and finance teams for planning and execution of trade plans.
  • Manage promo plan according to promo guidelines and KPI's.
  • Based on analysis of activities (market performance, ROI), propose promo guideline or activity plan changes, create gap closing activities.
  • Create and track trade plan of launches and re-launches through the sales team (incl. managing run-out, trade selling stories).
  • Development of POSM and trade tools for new and current products.
  • Responsible for excellent in-store shopper activation and communication, drive shopper insights into action.
  • Create annual shopper marketing plan including trade launch plan, channel/shopper job to be done, budget need, promo guide, shopper activation plan etc.
  • Prepare analysis for market/shopper trends, assortment, visibility/shelf layout, promo efficiency and provide proposals.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and finance departments to ensure product availability and optimal pricing.
  • Facilitate communication between marketing, sales, and other relevant departments to ensure cohesive category management.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of trade marketing activities, including promotions, in-store displays, and merchandising.
  • Ensuring the given portfolio number delivery in general trade with trade support and activation.
  • Ensuring compliance of Trade Engage Modules, rental approvals in system.
