Job Description

Job Title: Japanese / English Gaming Support Agent With 750 USD Signon Bonus

This is a unique chance to work in an international environment where you'll interact with people from diverse backgrounds. As a gaming support agent, your main goal will be to help players resolve issues and continue enjoying their favorite games.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer support via email and live chat, focusing on resolving technical problems and account issues.
  • Provide assistance with refunds, purchases not going through, and other related matters.
  • Answer gameplay inquiries and help players resolve issues regarding game updates and newly released content.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to improve your skills and knowledge.
