Client Acquisition Role

Tanbits is seeking a results-driven Client Acquisition Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to attract new clients and expand our market share.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and client needs
  • Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support
  • Prepare and manage sales contracts according to industry standards
  • Monitor and report sales performance metrics
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership or business development
  • Experience working with freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.)
  • Customer-facing skills and experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Higher education in business administration, sales, or relevant field
