Tanbits is seeking a results-driven Client Acquisition Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to attract new clients and expand our market share.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and client needs
- Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support
- Prepare and manage sales contracts according to industry standards
- Monitor and report sales performance metrics
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales leadership or business development
- Experience working with freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.)
- Customer-facing skills and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Higher education in business administration, sales, or relevant field
