Role Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the position of Revenue Growth Specialist at Ali Hajveri Traders.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to set customer expectations and revenue goals.

This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work with customers to understand their demands and requirements.

A key aspect of this job is providing advice to customers on cost-effectiveness and negotiating agreements with them.

Duties and Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a relevant field
  • Minimum six months of experience working in a Customer Service department
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers
  • Exceptional negotiation and sales skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
  • Solid knowledge of the company's products and services
  • Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information
