Job Opportunity:

We are looking for a skilled and organized event coordinator to manage corporate, tech, and internal company events.

This role requires someone who can handle high-pressure situations, coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, and execute events flawlessly in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver successful corporate, tech, and internal company events, ensuring smooth operations from conception to completion.
  • Manage budgets and cost estimates, ensuring events remain within financial constraints without compromising quality.
  • Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders to secure the best resources and partnerships.
  • Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, AV setup, catering, branding, and security.
  • Identify and resolve on-ground challenges efficiently, ensuring seamless event execution.
  • Work closely with marketing and HR teams to drive event promotions and maximize engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, permits, and policies for all events.
  • Analyze post-event performance, gathering insights to improve future events.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in commercial event management (corporate, conferences, exhibitions, product launches, etc.).
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, costing, and financial planning for events.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management skills, ensuring smooth event execution.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in event management tools, MS Office, and project coordination software.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for event execution.
