Job Title:

A seasoned marketing expert is required to spearhead our organization's marketing efforts.

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives, manage sales teams, and oversee client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive marketing communications plans to promote our services
  • Conduct market research for product development and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Prepare service delivery matrices and event management coordination
  • Coordinate with the development team for website development and ensure timely delivery
  • Define inside sales processes and identify sales cycle benchmarks
  • Develop sales promotion campaigns and collateral, including contracts and agreements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing and research
  • Masters or Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience and/or education
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Intermediate level knowledge of web designing in HTML and database concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to write sales proposals, reports, and presentations
  • Self-motivated, comfortable working independently, with the ability to work within tight deadlines
