Job Title: Sales and Relationship Manager
About the Role:We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Relationship Manager to join our team at Highly Keen. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients through regular visits to achieve quarterly sales targets.
You will identify new business opportunities by assessing clients' needs and collaborating with senior management to develop effective pitches. Additionally, you will re-engage dormant customers by rebuilding trust and rapport, and persuading them to re-establish a purchasing relationship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients through regular visits to achieve quarterly sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities by assessing clients' needs and collaborating with senior management to develop effective pitches.
- Re-engage dormant customers by rebuilding trust and rapport, and persuading them to re-establish a purchasing relationship.
- Monitor competitors' activities and provide strategic insights to inform business decisions.
- Foster excellent customer service skills and maintain positive working relationships with clients.
- Resolve client complaints promptly or escalate complex issues to senior management for guidance.
- Provide onboarding support and coaching to new hires to ensure successful integration into the team.
