Job Title

Service Line Analyst Clinical Quality

About This Role

This position provides analytical and operational support to the service line team. It involves participating in various projects and workgroups to provide analytical insights.

The role functions as an integral resource to the service line operational teams, identifying performance gaps and contributing to improvement and optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employ advanced skills in data analytics and statistical analysis to analyze complex datasets and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop analyses to evaluate ongoing performance for well-focused opportunity identification under the direction of senior executives.
  • Develop positive collaborative relationships with service line constituents, including administrative leaders, physicians, and facility leadership, resulting in well-informed strategies and deployment of service line initiatives.
  • Design scorecards as an enterprise tool for evaluation and communication of strategic objectives that align with our mission and goals.
  • Prepare effective consultation reports and presentations and make presentations to groups as needed to communicate key findings, opportunities, and service line goals.
  • Coordinate with IT staff as needed to develop and optimize system-wide access and use of analytical data and information for service lines.
  • Maintain a high degree of on-the-job developmental activities regarding system policies and administrative requirements.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required. Expectation of pursuing or currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Health Care Administration, Business or Finance related discipline from an accredited academic program.

Minimum of four (4) years of Accounting, Finance, or related experience.
