
Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of proven success in sales, particularly in B2B sales, with a focus on both local and international markets.
The successful candidate will identify sales opportunities, develop and maintain client relationships, and work collaboratively with our sales team to implement strategies that drive growth. They will also need to be open to meeting with clients and partners locally to close deals and ensure client satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities in both local and international markets to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential areas for growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to enhance performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- B2B sales experience in IT distribution or IT solution selling (working with IT brands such as Sophos, Barracuda, Palo Alto, Veeam, Fortinet, or similar brands is highly desirable but not mandatory).
- Experience in international sales is required, with the ability to manage both local and international clients effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a focus on deal closing and maintaining strong client relationships.
