  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Quotations and Rate Management: Prepare and issue customer quotations promptly and accurately. Maintain and update rate databases, tariffs, and pricing sheets.
    • Market Analysis and Research: Analyze customer requirements, shipment details, and trade lanes to provide optimal pricing solutions. Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments.
    • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders (vendors, partners, agents). Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance in all pricing activities.
    • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare reports on pricing performance, hit ratio, and market competitiveness.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Essential Qualifications: Graduation degree
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Skills Requirements: Strong negotiation and communication skills, analytical mindset with attention to detail, proficiency in MS Excel or ERP systems
