Overview

We are seeking a Pricing Executive to join our team in Karachi. The role involves preparing customer quotations, negotiating with carriers, and ensuring competitive yet profitable pricing solutions. This position is ideal for candidates with strong analytical and negotiation skills, preferably with experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or pricing.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue accurate customer quotations.
  • Negotiate rates with carriers, shipping lines, and vendors.
  • Maintain and update pricing databases, tariffs, and rate sheets.
  • Analyze shipments and trade lanes to provide cost-effective solutions.
  • Support sales teams with pricing inputs for RFQs, tenders, and spot quotes.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and industry developments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and agents.
  • Generate regular pricing performance reports (hit ratio, competitiveness).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in pricing, logistics, or freight forwarding.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
