Job Title: Finance Manager AssistantAt a prestigious golf and country club, we seek an accomplished Assistant Manager to helm our finance division.The primary role is to implement sound accounting practices, furnishing accurate financial data. The incumbent will formulate company accounts, cash flows, costing, taxation matters, and import issues, creating allied accounting reports.Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop comprehensive company accounts, cash flows, costing, taxation issues, and import matters.
  2. Create detailed allied accounting reports.
  3. Maintain exceptional interpersonal, teamwork, and presentation skills for liaison with banks, vendors, auditors, tax consultants, and stakeholders.
Requirements

Candidates must possess:

  • Postgraduate degree in Finance or Chartered Accountancy.
  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 2 years as a similar position in a corporate setting.
  • Knowledge of the latest accounting developments.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills to direct a team of finance professionals.
  • Good rapport with banking, regulatory, and governing authorities.
  • Excellent written and presentation skills.
Bonus Requirements

Added advantage would be experience in construction or property development.
