
IT Technical Support Manager

Excellcomm is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Customer Service team.
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor/Master's degree in Computer Sciences or a related field, with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in technical customer service, preferably in IT service management.
The successful candidate will possess expertise in:
- Technical project management
- Hands-on experience with network, systems, applications, utilities, and security suites on clients' systems/end-user machines
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to effectively manage large teams and provide technical support for end-users in areas such as IT networks, systems, and security.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and resolve technical incidents and troubles
- Provide technical support for all end-user issues
- Gather information about client-end/end-user support mechanisms in an enterprise environment
- Coordinate with functional teams within the organization
- Manage internal IT assets and ensure compliance with company SOPs
This role requires a dynamic and organized individual who is a team player and can thrive in a fast-paced technical environment.
Requirements:- Familiarity with ITIL framework
- Understanding of system administration procedures and IT service management
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in English
