Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in International Development, Cultural Studies, Human Rights, International Social Work, Social Science, Political Science, Anthropology, Law, or related field.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in GBV prevention, risk mitigation, and response, preferably in an international context.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with communities and persons of concern.
  • Knowledge of gender-based violence, particularly in protracted refugee situations.
