We are Full Circle, a dynamic e-commerce company dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As an Amazon Seller Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in our growth by ensuring the optimal performance of our Amazon listings.
About the JobThis is a remote position requiring a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for managing our Amazon seller account, maintaining accurate and up-to-date product listings, and optimizing keyword rankings and conversion rates.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve maximum listing visibility, improved conversion rates, and account health maintenance. Your proactive problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Catalog Management: Maintain and optimize product listings for accuracy, visibility, and conversion potential.
- Keyword Research: Conduct regular keyword research to identify growth opportunities and address performance gaps.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor SKU performance metrics and improve conversion rates.
- Issue Escalation: Troubleshoot and resolve complex listing issues collaborating with Amazon Support.
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, case management, and operational tasks. Your proficiency in Microsoft Excel and excellent communication skills will also be beneficial.
