Job Title: Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to improve operational systems, processes, and policies in support of restaurant targets.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT, Finance, Procurement).
  • Financial Planning and Control: Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems, and controls.
  • Kitchen and Store Systems: Oversee overall Kitchen systems and controls, as well as store system and control.
  • Administrative Tasks: Look after overall admin activities.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve other company-related issues, i.e., liaison with government-related departments.
  • Payroll Management: Payroll management, including tabulation of accrued employee benefits.

Requirements:

Education: Graduate (Commerce preferable)

Experience: Minimum 5 years in operations, procurement & production
