Job Title: Chief People Officer

Dukan.Pk is seeking an experienced Chief People Officer to join our dynamic team. The role involves overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR strategy development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with business objectives, driving employee engagement, retention, and overall growth.
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment and selection processes, identifying top talent and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Manage and improve employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with local and federal HR regulations and best practices.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs that incentivize high performance and promote work-life balance.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment through conflict resolution and open communication channels.
  • Manage payroll processes accurately and promptly to minimize errors and delays.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures to maintain consistency and fairness across the organization.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
